Afternoon Tea 26 February 2012

Here’s the menu for afternoon tea on Sunday 26 February.  As it’s ‘forced’ rhubarb season here in Yorkshire, I just had to feature it somewhere.  I decided on crumble having been inspired from a recent visit to Create in Leeds where their ‘Trio of Yorkshire Rhurbarb’ had the most wonderful morsel of crumble.  Also wanted to mention that the sour cream coffee cake is courtesy of ‘The Yummy Yank‘ … thanks Lisa!
