At Chez Shamwari I can take up to 6 guests who will all be seated at the same table. This adds to the unique experience of the cosy and intimate venue where you will be sitting next to other guests who you are unlikely to know! However, no sooner is the tea brewed, everyone is very relaxed and there’s plenty of chatter and laughter. By the end of the event, email addresses have been exchanged and friendships formed. If you think this is just up your street, you can make a reservation for any non private events listed below, by emailing info(at)chezshamwari.com.

I discuss dietary requirements with customers on booking however please note I do not cater for gluten free or vegan diets.  In addition, I regret I am unable to accept infants or children under the age of 18 and that my venue is not accessible for wheelchairs.

My afternoon teas are all hand made and freshly prepared. A menu will be published nearer the time but it will include a selection of finger sandwiches, savouries, cakes and scones with jam and clotted cream.
