First secret tea room experience

I went to my first secret tea room this afternoon at Cafe Nouveau (http://cafenouveau.wordpress.com/) which was a wonderful experience.  As you may see from my ‘About’ page, I am wanting to launch my own secret tea room cum cafe and this was an opportunity to see first hand how it works.  The food and company were delightful and only confirmed my desire to get on and do it.  The hostess couldn’t have been more kind and encouraging with all my questions (thank you M-C!).
