I am honoured to have a private booking to cater for on this occasion.  As some of my guests are coeliac sufferers I have another opportunity to try my hand at a gluten free menu.   I’ve had just as much enjoyment putting this menu together as any other and   have again been very pleased with the quality of the finished product given the absence of any gluten.  As I had to be careful about even the mayonnaise for the tuna sandwiches being gluten free, I decided this had to be homemade too!
