Here’s the menu that my guests will be savouring for Sunday lunch on 5 February.  They are in for a treat as always but particularly as this menu includes another of my signature dishes – tiramisu!

Roasted piedmont peppers


Filetto di maiale farcito con sugo vino bianco
Stuffed pork fillet in white wine sauce

Steamed green beans




Tea & Coffee
Homemade chocolate truffles
