Here we are again with Christmas just round the corner; it seems like just a few weeks ago I was putting together last year’s seasonal tea! So what’s on the menu? Two seasonal ‘old timers’: my wonderfully moist Christmas cake that has been steeped in brandy these past few months and mince pies using my grandmother’s secret recipe that’s stood the test of time! A special appearance is Sachertorte – let’s face it, it wouldn’t be Christmas without chocolate would it?

Wow, that is a lot of sweet deliciousness. I bet your Christmas cake is going to taste amazing!
Sounds DIVINE! Here I am, at work, doing reports, with a headache, and I could easily picture me, under a big tree, with a table and white table clothe, slight breeze, comfy chair (and your brother for company) with that as our afternoon tea! What a pleasant thought!!! xx
Thanks for the comment M. Hopefully one day you will be able to join in the fun!
