Here is my seasonal lunch menu for this year. As you will see, turkey isn’t a feature! However, Stilton makes an appearance in a very delicious, creamy soup and of course there is Christmas pudding. This pudding is a hand me down through a few generations in my family and is a much lighter version than a typical British pudding (and in my biased opinion a lot nicer!). The petit fours will include homemade chocolates and my signature mini mince pies which are a treat in themselves!

Oh sorry Shirley, the menu looks wonderful but Peter and I will be at our grandsons 8th birthday party eating sticky buns and curly sandwiches – we can’t disappoint him. Sorry Hope it goes well. Discovered to day that you know Jo Buck who is a church friend of mine. Small world eh! Good luck with this Barbara
Thanks Barbara. Am sure it will be a lovely birthday party. Yes very small world!
A wonderful festive treat!
