Gluten-free afternoon tea 10 August 2013

I am pleased to be able to offer another gluten-free afternoon tea. The warm sunny days have inspired this menu.  I’ve kept away from anything too heavy and stodgy and focused on light, summer ingredients and flavours such as blueberries, lemons and fresh salads.
