Never one to turn down the opportunity to have more happy guests around my afternoon tea table, I could hardly say no to a private booking request that came in with somewhat short notice.  As a consequence this menu was rustled together with a greater sense of urgency than usual but with no less focus on ensuring a variety of flavours and textures to match the summer season.  From my homemade pear & walnut chutney complementing the smokey Applewood to the delectable Drambuie, hazelnut & chocolate cheesecake and the fresh and vibrant green pea and bacon tart, there should be plenty to delight.
